SUMMARY:Section G3 Conclave
DESCRIPTION:Conclave is the largest event planned by the Section and gives Arrowmen opportunities to have fun and fellowship with hundreds of scouts across Texas\, Louisiana\, Arkansas\, and Oklahoma!  A variety of activities will be available from shows to training\, and from crafts to a pow-wow.  Lodges will also have the opportunity to compete in ceremonies\, athletic competitions\, and AIA dancing among other things. \nWhere:  Sid Richardson SR2 Boy Scout Rd.\, Runaway Bay\, Texas 76426 \nWhen:  April 25\, 2025 starting at 5pm through April 27\, 2025 at 5pm. \nCost:  Early Bird Registration:        $50 for the first 150 People\nRegular Registration:          $60 from end of Early Bird to April 20\, 2025\nWalk Up/Late Registration:  $90 from April 21 – 25\, 2025 \nLodging: Tent camping by lodge.
