Conclave is an adventure for Arrowmen from across our section to gather for a weekend of fun, fellowship, training, events and competitions. It is an OA event at the Area level of Scouting with the purpose to bring together members from ten lodges, spanning the distance from Amarillo, TX to to Shreveport, LA and Texarkana TX/AR.
