During this immersive weekend, candidates will experience the fellowship and traditions of the Order of the Arrow, while learning the true significance of brotherhood, cheerfulness, and service. The induction process will challenge you, inspire you, and help you grow as a leader in the Scouting community.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Induction Ceremony: Experience the powerful and memorable ceremonial process that marks your official entry into the OA.
• Service Projects: Participate in meaningful service to improve your local Scout properties and give back to the community.
• Leadership Development: Learn from experienced Arrowmen about how you can contribute to your unit and the OA chapter in new and impactful ways.

The weekend will also include plenty of time for fellowship with new and returning Arrowmen, as well as opportunities to get to know the rich history and traditions of the OA. We will also hold our annual Officer Elections, so you can help choose the leaders for the next year.
